I need safety now

If someone is hurting you now, you are seriously injured or you are afraid you might hurt yourself, get a safe adult now. If you can, move to a safe place with other people. Do not face this alone. In immediate danger, call 112 in the EU or the local emergency number elsewhere. You do not need to finish an exercise first.

I do not feel okay

School, arguments, loneliness or fear can feel hard. You do not have to earn help or explain everything right away. If you are safe now, you can try one of these steps. You can skip it or stop if it feels uncomfortable.

I do not feel better

You have not failed. An exercise may not help. You can stop and reach out to a person. If you feel worse or fear for your safety, open immediate help.

Someone is hurting me

You do not deserve insults, threats, exclusion, hitting or unwanted touching. It is not your fault. You do not need to know whether it counts as bullying or have proof to ask for help. Do not face the person hurting you alone.

Home does not feel safe

You do not have to choose a parent if you fear them or they hurt you. Try a safe adult outside home: a teacher, school counsellor, relative or child helpline. If reaching out or using this phone would put you in danger, ask in person in a safe place or use a safer device.

I told someone. They did not help.

You deserve to be taken seriously. Try another safe adult, school leadership or a child helpline. Tell them if the harm continues and you fear retaliation. Adults are responsible for stopping the harm, not you.

Harm online

You do not need to reply or retaliate. If safe, with an adult note the date, username and link or keep an ordinary message. Then use the service's report and block tools. You deserve help even without evidence. For threats, blackmail or a shared address, get an adult right away.

Do not download, copy or forward intimate images of children. Do not send more images or money to someone blackmailing you. Get a safe adult and use platform reporting. Do not put images or evidence into Mindcool.

For parents and schools

Listen first, then act

Thank the child for telling you. Take them seriously and say the harm is not their fault. Do not press for detailed disclosure or promise complete secrecy: calmly explain who needs to help keep them safe. Do not punish them for asking for help, for example by automatically taking away their phone.

Agree on a concrete safety plan

With the child, choose a safe adult, a safe place and a way to ask for help. Agree with the school on a responsible person, supervision in risky situations and a specific follow-up date. Keep brief incident and action records outside this app with restricted access. Do not force a joint confrontation with the person causing harm. If protection fails, involve school leadership, a professional or the relevant child protection service; in danger, emergency help.

When difficulties continue

If fear or sadness persists, worsens or affects sleep, school or daily life, arrange help from a paediatrician or child psychologist. For self-harm or suicidal thoughts, get prompt professional help; in immediate danger, stay with the child and call emergency services. Meditation alone cannot replace protection or treatment.

Choose a person

Who could listen calmly and help you? It might be a safe parent, relative, teacher or school counsellor. You can simply show a prepared sentence. If there is no one like that, contact a child helpline.

What stays private

This section asks for no name, age, incident details or photos. Choices are not saved to a journal, sent to AI or automatically shared with a parent. On a shared device, someone may see your screen, browsing or call history. Returning to the start does not erase that history. The web server may record a normal page visit, but not your choices in the guide.
